// ABOUT
Risk-Informed. Business-Aligned.
Built by Experience.
Today, I serve as Senior Director of Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and AI, where I drive enterprise-wide security and technology initiatives — prioritizing threat-aware decision-making, quantifiable risk reduction, and direct alignment between security investments and business impact.
A core focus of my work is securing operational technology and industrial control systems, where the convergence of IT and OT demands leadership that understands both the digital and physical risk landscape. Every initiative I lead is measured against a simple standard: does it reduce exposure, accelerate the mission, and create lasting value?
Increasingly, my work extends into AI strategy — helping organizations identify where artificial intelligence creates genuine business value, not just operational efficiency. I approach AI the way I approach security: with a clear-eyed view of both the opportunity and the risk. Most AI advisors don't understand cybersecurity. Most security leaders don't understand AI's strategic potential. I operate at that intersection, helping executives adopt AI with confidence and governance from day one.
Before this role, I built and scaled ventures in cybersecurity and managed services, helping thousands of companies mitigate risk, strengthen their security posture, and recover their most critical assets. Running those businesses sharpened every instinct I rely on today — how to prioritize under pressure, how to align security outcomes with business realities, and how to lead teams through complexity with clarity.
That journey taught me to think like a business owner first and a technologist second. It's the foundation of everything I do now.
My approach: every decision proportional to the risk, defensible under scrutiny, and tied to outcomes that matter.

// RECOGNITION
My work has been recognized by Forbes, IBM Security, RSA Conference, and other industry leaders. But the recognition I value most comes from the teams I've built and the clients who trusted me when the stakes were highest.
// BEYOND THE WORK
The Other Side
Outside of cybersecurity, I'm a music producer — always searching for that perfect sound. I'm a chess player who takes the game a little too seriously. And I'm someone who believes the best ideas come from unexpected conversations.
I've also found profound calm in fishing, especially when shared with my son. It's a reminder that the most important things in life don't require a strategy deck.
// THE ICELAND LESSON
A Near-Death Experience That Changed Everything

It was during a grueling 20-mile hike in Iceland that I faced a near-death experience, reshaping my life's perspective. The journey was fraught with obstacles: gale-force winds that battered my body, zero visibility, and an encroaching sense of hypothermia. Our guide, more lost than a tourist in Times Square, only added to the uncertainty.
I thought about quitting approximately 852 times — a conservative estimate. Each step felt heavier than the last, and my spirit wavered under the relentless pressure of the elements.
Despite these challenges, something within me stirred with stubborn persistence. The thought of giving up crossed my mind repeatedly, but with each daunting gust of wind, my resolve hardened. Just when I thought I couldn't go any further, the storm abruptly cleared.
Before me lay a verdant valley, so surreal it seemed lifted from the pages of Tolkien. Countless waterfalls cascaded around me, and double rainbows arched across the sky, painting a breathtaking scene. The sudden shift from peril to paradise was disorienting yet exhilarating.
In that valley, surrounded by beauty that defied imagination, I found a profound connection to life's struggles. It mirrored life itself — unpredictable, often harsh, but interspersed with moments of unimaginable beauty.
The impact of this journey has instilled a deep-seated belief in my own resilience. Now, facing challenges in life and business, I approach them with the same determination I found on that Icelandic trail. The lessons learned — persistence, courage, and resilience — are now woven into the very fabric of my being, echoing in every step I take toward new challenges.
